Place of Residence: Ardrossan Primary Instrument played: The Great Highland Bagpipes,Shuttle Pipes,Whistles and a wee bit of Guitar. Hobbies: Piping, composing, Piping, and a bit more Piping. Sad, i know!!! Compositions: I play have composed, well, too many to remember! Music Engraving Software: Bagpipe Music Writer Gold Type of Bagpipes own and use: Silver and Ivory McCallums . Band: Well currently i am with David Urquhart with Don Bradford, after a year as Pipe Sergeant with Kilmarnock Pipe Band, previous to this i was with Burgh of Ardrossan, (where my piping career started) Irvine Pipe Band, Polkemmet and Glasgow Skye. I released a book in 2000 while still with the Skye, got a fantastic review in Piper and Drummer, have had Aaron Shaw of "Wicked Tinkers" folk group in California recording Ebenezer Cooper on their latest cd along with bands across the World playing some of my stuff.
